Implemented Johto Starters?

Maybe in the beginning of the game where Prof. Oak asks about your gender etc. Have him also ask if you want Johto starters or Kanto starters. I really miss Cyndaquil

Possibly have him ask where were you born?
Normally in gen 2 your born in Johto, but maybe if you say your from Kanto, he says do you want a starter Pokemon from there?
i like this idea.
