Move miss

i've notice that some moves seem to miss even though they have 100 accuracy and the pokemon hasn't suffered an accuracy decrease. I was gonna get ascreenshot but i doubt it would make a difference.
also, are hp-up, calcium, etc implemented yet?

Even if a move has 100% Acc they always have a chance to miss because of the enemy pokemon's speed stat, Unless the move says that it never misses "Eg Shadow Punch" It can always miss.

Stat boosters are in the game, Currently they are only in Goldenrod's Department store on the 4th floor (Maybe 3rd)

Yes they do. The stat boosters don't increase happiness though oh well not much of a lost since depositing doesn't decrease happiness :>
