Fixed Online Mode Bugs [0.32.1]

howdy guys, love the online mode!
However, I can't seem to open Bill's PC from Olivine or Ecruteak -___-
pretty lame, especially because you can't MOD yourself to another pokemon center.

Also, The fishing Guru won't give me a rod.

Update, apparently, Bill's PC doesn't work in any pkmn center -_____- How do I Surf?

Idk about bills PC not working, but are you just having problems getting the HM surf? Or its not letting you use it?
You get it from beating Kimino girls in Eucreteak city and talking to that dude and his rhydon

what have you tried?
where does the issue occur?
is it when you access the PC?
or is it in the menu?
have you messed with any files?

I play Online Mode, Offline is fine.
The issue seems to occur in every pkmn center (Olivine, Ecruteak, Goldenrod, Violet, Cherrygrove)
Occurs when I select Bill's PC (menu opens fine).
It's online mode so, nope I guess I didn't mod any files.
