Fixed route 43 location 'dex error

The location pokedex only shows a magikarp can be caught on R43, but I encountered a raticate in the grass and am pretty sure there are others there (if memory serves, a flaffy should be findable).
The location 'dex seems to be broken this update, lol. It keeps missing stuff :)
