You should report this error.

Go to "http://pokemon3d.net/issues/" to report this crash there.

Edit 1: Posted the Log.dat instead of the Crash.dat originally... sorry about that. :p
Edit 2: Tried deleting the entire client and re-downloading it but still got the same error, so all I can do is wait for assistance. :(

Is anyone ever even going to take a look at this? It's been sitting for nearly a week and I can't do squat with P3D in the meantime. I don't mean to come off short but I'm kinda getting the cold shoulder here.

It's cool, I'm just glad someone's taking a look into it. I just tried going into the control panel and disabling WMP which prompted a restart, after which I re-enabled it. Unfortunately it's still not working. :/

maybe a full re-install?

I thought that was kinda what that was doing (or as much so as you can with a program that's a part of Windows anyway). Or did you mean a re-install of Windows? (I REALLY hope that's not what you meant... o.o)

no not that far
but you can uninstall WMP via the programs part of the control panel
before that check and see if there are any loose updates in the windows update portition

this was an issue for someone before maybe something there will help you?

The only things I can find are how to disable media player like we already did... Every page I've checked says that since it's an included part of Windows, that it cannot be removed.

Disabled WMP and re-enabled it, which oddly caused Windows to have about 20 or so updates but still a no-go... I'm starting to lose hope on this... :/

I've been having this issue for about 3 months... still haven't figured out a fix for it. I've been told its kind of a Houdini bug in the sense that it crops up without warning and for no known reason and no one really knows how to actually fix it other than dumb luck.
