Questions Regarding Friendship

Does Vitamins such as Calcium, Protein, etc increase friendship?
Does pokemon hatched from eggs automatically start at 120 friendship?
Does pokemon caught with friend ball automatically start with 200 friend ship?
Does all wild pokemon start with 70 friend ship?
Does walking with pokemans increase friendship?

I just wanna know what is currently implemented in to the current version of pokemon3D :>

Also can be used as a search reference for curious people later.

Friend ball DOES set friendship to 200.
-Not sure.
I think it does or friendship goes faster than I realise.

Yep. Friend ball sets the friendship to 200. I used it on a random pokémon on my offline save and then checked the files.

Yes. Green Apricorns. ^^
Route 29, Route 45, Route 35, Route after Cherrygrove, Route 42. I think those are places where you can get them.

So I just found something interesting, apparently walking around does increase friendship ._.

No idea at what rate though.
