Unable to launch game.

I'm trying to start the game. but after i press "start game" the game starts loading. and i see the Kolban image. and then i get the message saying it has encountered a problem and has shut down the program etc.. and this is the info that followed.

Is everything installed on your system? Microsoft XNA Framework 4 AND .NET Framework 4? I see you already have XNA, just make sure you have .NET, it's normally the solution to most of these game problems (excluding in-game glitches) to ensure that you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4, make sure your computer is fully up to date using Windows Update. If you still have issues, then this is beyond my knowledge. Of course, always try to re-install the game after verifying that you meet the requirements.
