Funny thing about the Dunasparce that was asked for. I had one right around that level as well, but traded it away for a previous competition pokemon. Too bad that I'm just a little too lazy to re-catch all those pokemon that I ever traded away. But at least I know any pokemon caught in the wild is fair game, even if it was previously requested.
