You know the great thing about poke3D is that it brings all these trainers together and for once in my life I don't need a Gameboy link cable or a DS wifi to link up with the world. I can now see how crazy and intense other trainers such as MrHippocrit can be.

It's nice to connect on this level.

And.... with crazy you mean in personality? I bet you've met some crazy people in your school life.... probably worse than me. If you meant in Pokémon? Look at nick2412, he's been power leveling his Pokémon and is probably at rank 40 orsomething!

you know i love chinchou.. but i found out very quickly that having one as the main water/electric type (game wise not competitive wise) that she became very hard to bring to her full potential due to the fact that she is your main surfer and possibly whirlpool and waterfall, which really limits her to a water type role, this is bad considering that since she is ele/wat she now has an extra weakness as opposed to regular water types.

i honestly thought that when i transferred my lanturn into pokemon stadium 2, she would be a powerhouse, but then i found out she wasnt the fastest nor the strongest,

this was more of an fyi instead of a discouragement, by all means lanturn can be a very good pokemon without the shackles of HM's it's just i became really disillusioned after seeing how well mine performed in poke stad 2

I rarely give my Battle Pokémon HMs, beside Surf and Fly. These 2 are decent attacks but HMs are bad for battle and you should try to avoid them. Right now, only my Feraligatr has an HM and that is Surf.

First off I want to clarify that by crazy I meant super committed to pokemon.

Secondly, I've never seen the point of HM slaves, color me compassionate but I treat my party as one entity and were only as strong as its weakest member. Sure it might seem silly even for a game and such but I'd feel like its a detriment to have an HM slave.

If you spread out the HMs across all your pokemon so that the most one will have is probably 2 then that seems alright. On top f that ill still be using my team at max capacity instead of at 5.

I guess it's completely different when it comes to competitive, but I've never played that much competitive (I stopped at gen 4 and never used the global battle system)

So consider me like ash, except I actually let my pokemon evolve, I don't stay 10 forever, and I'm actually self reliable at winning. God ash is a HORRIBLE trainer :/

I don't use HM slaves either, not in my team, atleast. I have a Shuckle that uses headbutt and strength and a Farfetched that uses Fly and cut. They aren't part of my team, I just use em if I need to get somewhere.

Spreading them out felt a little annoying to me. The HM moves are useless and I could give it a much better one instead.
