I caught a Shiny Vulpix, now a Shiny Ninetailes. It's awesome. I need to find the person who wanted a Golem really badly. I got a Geodude with perfect IVs, good nature and will probably be the strongest Golem in this game if properly trained.

oh and my hand is shaking, i was searching for lapras when a shiny geodude appeared in union cave

IVs are like the genetics of each Pokémon, they decide how good the stats are and stuff. The better the IVs, the better the stats. (Each stat has its own IV. )
