its kinda weird that the game is working for me and not for u...
u can try what i do: backup saves and contentpacks
delete the whole game
redownload launcher
reinsert saves and contentpacks
JUEGO!!

I tried that and realized that the online save is on a CLOUD and thus accessable on every computer and you just need internet to log on.
But the bug comes from a problem with saving berries. Don't pick up berries everyone! ^^
