Their servers are overloaded, there's nothing they can do yet. Believe me, I've been trying all day.

yeah cuz im pissed off cuz im trying to play today and to see if i won the free weekly pokemon giveaway and this bs happens im unsatisfied with this new patch thw new content is ok but our game saved files being gone is not ok

The save files aren't gone. When the server issues or whatever it is are fixed you will be able to get it again. If you're talking about your save from before the update that is still there, and still playable. Two things to remember: Pokemon 3D is totally free, and there is still offline mode.
