pokemon3d Game file (not the launcher) invalid start parameters, i cant play :(

hello i have a prob here and my problem is i install the pokemon3d0.32 the GAME FILE not the Launchers because thats online and updating....i do not have always net connection in my pc that is the reason why i install the POKEMON3d0.32 GAME FILE ......WHEN i OPEN THE pokemon3d0.32 File in my pc in Downloads is has a usual FIle named POkemon and i open the pokemon application pokemon and Extract file then open another file the pokemon3d0.32 resources tand open the pokemon application (Green tree logo) then INVALID START PARAMETERS.... PLEase HELP ME!

you are not allowed to start that file
it must be run via the launcher

the pokemon3d launcher? i already install it but i cant . because if i click the Download Latest Version theres a error:

ah you need to update your launcher as well
click on settings(circled in red on the image below for your help) and update it there

and i have another pokemon3d problem..... i install the pokemon offline launcher but if i click install theres a microsoft website requirment install right?i already install this
Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 but it always getting back again and again i cant install the pokemon3d offline launcher

you know why i did not use the pokemon3d launcher???? because i have slow connection and if the connection is lost im gonna Restart again and F*cking AGAIN! X[

i dont want a game that is updating that why i installed the pokemon game file .. btw is why the pokemon3d0.32 is not working? i download it in this website.... why you post a downloadable but not runnable?
