difficulty settings?

i saw there was difficulty settings in the game options
noticed no difference though. is there any differences, yet?

the difference is in the levels of wild and trainer pokemon
difficulty 1 is 10% difficulty 2 is 20%
also in difficulty 0 TMs don't break like usual

so a normally lv10 pokemon would be a lv 11 or 12
while a lv 20 would be a lv 22 or 24

and round up to the nearest whole number
So 11 is either 13 or 14 and 16 is either 18 or 20
