I think there should be a larger pool of starter pokemon so there would be more diversity and a difference between players. THat was one of the main perks of the cheatability (the ability to have the starter of your choice) just a suggestion. What is the devlopers opinion on this?

I'd say no. We start in Johto so we get to pick from Johto starters. The other maps might have some other options, but we'll have to wait and see.

Tbh... its a remake of Pokémon Gold/Silver and Crystal. They only had 3 starters.

Well, they already offer the option of reusable TMs, something that didn't exist back in G/S/C (or even HG/SS as far as I know) so why not? Just make it an option as well.

Just let them finish what they are doing first. They said they might put in more regions eventually. Maybe then they will start offering more starters.

Oh, I didn't mean they have to do it right now, it isn't a huge priority for me. I quite like the Johto starters

I noticed that the new trainer ranks does not follow the chart as of 0.32.1, would you mind posting the new trainer lvl-ups so that we know what to look foward to?

Also, will there be a possibility to choose the skins which you have unlocked & not only have to be the skin which you got in your rank?

Yeah. Not sure I like the idea of having to lose all of my progress if I want to use the GTS and PvP. I guess most people will have some free time over the summer, so meh.

They have to do it that way otherwise people who hacked there saves and pokemon would be able to enter the trading market screwing up everything.
