I have downloaded all the files and have made sure im launching pokemon3d.exe But when the launcher appears it wont allow me click start game

if you goto the folder which the launcher is in do you see a folder labeled Pokemon?
like if the launcher is on your desktop is there also a folder called Pokemon on your desktop?

Yes there is.

and in that folder is at least the following three folders: content, maps, Sctipts?
and is there a Pokemon.exe file?

Yes but I am uninstalling it all, can someone provide me a step by step process with downloading this links and all I am utterly lost
