there is a gym leader in ecruteak. You should try to search harder bro. For Mewtwo I heard that Pokemon3D has plans to bring in events that enables us to get pokemon that are not catchable in-game. And Lugia is probably in the whirlpool islands but that wasn't available yet.

Mewtwo and Lugia are gen 1-2. They are in the files already and you will be able to catch them.

Trapinch, however, is a different case. They will be implemented eventually, but in a different way. After Johto and Kanto are finished, they will continue making Hoenn (Ofcourse, if this project is still going.) and they will probably ''link/merge'' them and will make this game an all region Pokémon game.

Legendaries won't be given away. Only on the Facebook compo, which is completely random.

Go to the burned tower, you need to activate that event. He will appear afterwards.

I do not recall if mewtwo was available in the gen II original games. but I hope there can be some event to get Cerebii and Mew the two elusive pokemon

I doubt that... They just used some sort of program that used all the names, etc, etc. And it seems he won, quite coincedental. If it was really because of humor, shame on them.

All Pokémon will be implemented and Cerebii and Mew/Mewtwo/Trio Birds, they are all included.

I doubt that it is an ''evolution'', we don't really know the story. (Atleast I don't.) We'll just have to wait and see but Mewthree feels very far from what we're at now and thinking about it won't do much. We have yet to finish Johto!

I did say I didn't know the story.
Whether they will put the evolution in there, I don't know. It's up to them. ^^
