Idk man, I find it harder to smash rocks for a 5% chance for a bear to pop out than leveling a dratini

Or just go to the Dark Cave when it is evening and you can find a freaking Teddiursa the first Pokémon you find. xD And then the next one aswell, and the next one, and the next one. ( I had 4 teddiursas in a row, caught one of em and went out. )

If you've been leveling it up we don't know what it's IVs are because you've given it EVs that make it impossible to judge stats. Unless you caught it at level 29 we have no way of knowing what kind of IVs it has.
