Not a bug [0.31.1] Help Lag

Hello! I started playing pokemon 3d when it was 0.15;I played a little then at maximum settings with no lag but after a week I stopped playing this game. Today I downloaded it again but when I started playing I realised I had a lot of lag especially when entering violet city(except when I'm inside). My pc is a low end but I hope you can help me:
512 mb ram
GeForce Nvidia 7300 Gs 512 mb Vram
Intel Pentium(R) 4 3.00 GH

I am running 8 GB of RAM
i5 processor
and a Nvidia 640M
and I have 0 fps in a quarter of the maps :/
you can mess with the settings in the menu and try to get it as high as possible but for now it will likely lag alot...
We are working on this and hope to get the game faster soon

thanks for the answers...If I think a little about this some setting get me better fps if they are on high:|
Can I ask you something? Does this game has the first 2 gen pokemons or are they random?(interested if you can evolve golbat into crobat in this game)

Golbat to Crobat works
it is a friendship evolution and you need to get friendship to 220 or better
all gen 1 and 2 pokemon will be available in game at some point
