In Goldenrod City Pokécenter there's a Trade hub. Go through the green portal for the Friend Hub (Malcolm probably sent the Pokémon in the friend hub, so check that out.)
And the Yellow/orange portal for the Global trade.
It's waiting for you in the friend hub. It'll be under the pushed Pokemon tab. You can't access it until you talk to Bill in the Ecruteak Pokemon Center. The actual two trading hubs are in the Goldenrod City Pokemon Center.
