The lighthouse stairs on a certain level are not there and it says in the new update that they made the fix but i do not see them still i am stuck and need help

Are you sure they aren't there? I believe you might just be missing them, The floor you're stuck on you should find 2 holes in the ground, Jump down the hole that is near the trainer on that floor, In that hole there should be a stairs that lead straight back up to the top of the lighthouse , Unless I'm wrong and you are actually missing stairs but chances are that I'm right.
