Solved Female Eevee

Well I was planning to breed a shiny Eevee using the Eevee I got from Bill and my Shiny Quilava but my Quilava is a male so I need a female Eevee but Bill keeps giving me male ones, I just wanted to know if he does also give female Eevees because in the actual game the chances of an Eevee being female is around 12%, I'm not sure if that rule still applies for the Eevee Bill gives you in this game so I just wanted to make sure.

And to answer your question, there is always a chance to get a Shiny Pokemon from an egg.
There is no higher chance that i know of if your parent Pokemon is shiny, that the child is shiny.
That I know of.

In the actual games it does increase the chance, Im not sure about the current version of this game though,Still the chances are very low that it will happen
