Ofcourse. ^^ When Murkrow will be the prize for the Daily Give-away competition, I'll breed one for you. (Darky makes all the prizes female.)
On a side-note: If you really really want it, I could cheat it in, breed it to get some proper stats/ability and trade it to you, but it's a bit cheap, ain't it?

You can still cheat despite it being 31.1, from what I've heard, there are like 3 ways.

Same egg groups work.
Also: The Mother will determine which Pokémon the egg will become.
So, let's say you have a female chikorita and breed it with something from the same egg group, it will become a Chikorita. ^^

breed the pokemon female w/ the male that its compatable with
egg groups = same = much bigger chance to get more eggs
different trainers + same egg group = way bigger chance to get eggs
