Well... One other theory that might have caused this just popped into my mind (and it freaking scares me! :( ) is that he might have been hacked, or his computer has a massive virus. At least that'll explain why he isn't responding but I truly hope this isn't true...

do you think hell quit on the game i wait and look all day for this update i would like to know if he quit but if he is sick again im fine with that (i think he is having trouble woth the controller feature so yeah he needs to finish that mabye i dont know).

Well he did talk on twitter yesterday, So he could have talked to the mods then, So I doubt that is the case

All of the reasons you said shouldn't stop him from talking with the mods,Plus its unlikely that he will quit you can tell he loves the game I'm sure everything will be back to normal soon

Keeping up the server I think. Maybe tools to create the engine with or whatever they need.

And don't get so impatient. It won't be the end of the world. Ofcourse, I agree, it's taking ages, but I just keep on waiting. :D
