Legit... In which way? Cheated it in (before the locking patch) and gave them proper stats/nature/ability? Or did someone breed them? Did you breed them?
the game gave them to me when i tried walking on grass with out pokemon

I got a totodile, which is fully evolved to ferilgatr who is now lvl 41, ain't giving that away. I got a cyndiquil but you don't need it, it seems.

I do. I have all pokémon that are catchable at the moment. (Didn't evolve them.) But my fave is Ursaring.
Of the Pokémon I caught it is either Ursaring or Growlithe, the Pokémon I really like is my Dratini. :3
Were you maybe using a gamemode?

where there is a 5% chane of finding them in ilex forrest?
if it is in Silver's Soul you won't be able to trade outside of it....
No, at the start of the game, you can walk into the grass, I guess... and when you find a Pokémon, you suddenly have a bulbasaur.
