Fixed not bug and bug in cianwood

1. Nurse Joy in cianwood pokecenter don`t turns towards to the heal machine then heals pokemons.
2. I didnt received the dynamic punch from chuck(cianwood leader)
3. unlimited secretpotion for gym leader olivine pokemon

The 3rd bug has been fixed (see here). I haven't received Dynamic Punch, too, but I had no problem with the Pokécenter... Better wait for a mod
