Fixed Fly Glitch/bug

So i used fly to go to Cian and When i went into the pokemon center i was in the air and now im stuck there and cant move i attached a Screenshot

how do you change your position in the overworld of the game?

postition is the second line of the player.dat file
the second number needs to be 0.1
did you land befoe you tried to move?
