Fixed Unusual Menu Activity

I've noticed that in the 0.18 patch, the "start" menu appears to be slightly lower than in other patches.

Another thing to note is that when you click on a Pokémon in the appropriate area in the start menu, the choices seem to double and slightly overlap.

This seems to be a bug with full screen mode. I usually test in window mode and everything worked fine but in full screen mode (F11) the bug appears ... confirmed and added to the list
