Dark cave. Use surf to go over the water and then there shoud be a cave. When it is day, Ursaring will appear and they are quite evil...
If not, route 41 on diff 2. Lvl 46 tentacruel are able to appear.
Route 43 is more of a casual place. Night time is the best for that route.

i think i'll choose route 42

Route 42 has arbok, fearow and Flaaffy, but the chances of finding them are quite low.... :/ Or I just had bad luck.

If you have something to counter those tentacruels, sure.
Btw, Dark Cave has lvl 30 Pokémon. When evening: Graveler, Golbat and wobbufet. They give soom good xp.
