Dark cave. Use surf to go over the water and then there shoud be a cave. When it is day, Ursaring will appear and they are quite evil...
If not, route 41 on diff 2. Lvl 46 tentacruel are able to appear.
Route 43 is more of a casual place. Night time is the best for that route.

Yeah, there are 9 of them, but once defeated, you won't find them again.
