I beat him, like, what, years ago. It was a facade. What I did was give 2 of my party members X-Fight and flare sword mastering ninja and assult classes, while I gave my mages dualcast Bahamut. It was very, very simple/

If you get it in good condition then it's worth about $15. Seeing as it is an old game, but still worth about that.
