To tell you the truth, there is no spinner. It's actually a paper spinner my bro made when he played some board game with me. I only posted a pic now cuz I gave up and just wanted to post it anyways. Btw you actually enraged yourself even more further.

To tell you the truth. I stopped caring, Do what you want with your lottery, It's up to you to make it a serious lottery or just a joke lottery.
