Multiplayer Lan play help!

Hi guys, I can't connect to my brother's game. whenever my brother creates/hosts the server and I join it by typing our ip or localhost, it doesnt work. It just says failed to connect. Please help!

The router gives each computer a separate IP address. The first computer that logs to it takes the 1st address 192.168.0.1/2/3/4 You need to see what's the address of the router too.

More specificly how do I play Lan, seeming as I can't do it

Either google how the router works or just download Hamachi and play.

If you have a custom skin, send him that skin & make him put it in the NPC texture folder and it should work.
