Customer character sprite

well first if this isnt the right thread for this just bump it to the right one please. anyway as it says I'm wondering if theres a way to edit the player sprite the same you can change overworld sprites via a content pack, http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j161/Foreverdes/PKMN/Wessheetcomplete.png mostly because I think it would be cool to play as Wes ( a small note I did not make that sprite credit goes to the guy whose name is in the corner of the pic)

You don't need to do it via content pack:
1) format the sprite properly as a .png
either:
A)
1) convert it to .xnb
2) rename it as Ethan.xnb(I am assuming here that you chose Ethan as your character at the beginning of the game.)
3) move it to the /Pokemon/Content/Textures/NPC/ and overwrite the existing file
4) load the game normally
B)
1) Move the file to /Pokemon/Content/Textures/NPC/
2) open /Pokemon/Saves/<Savename>/Player.dat
3) goto line 16(skin|)
4) change the 'Ethan'(or the other name that is there) to the name of the sprite of your choice
5) When you start the game you must hit load game not continue

The previously mentioned /Pokemon/ folder is the folder that is in the same location as your Launcher

Actually that would be really cool if you could format that sprite for me I'd be grateful for it too. and thanks for the steps on how to replace the sprite aswell

I found his sprite in the link you posted but I cant seem to click the link named Wess. assuming that is the one i'm supposed to click on
