I've heard a lot of people talking about beating Morty, but when I go into the gym he isn't there, he's in the burned tower and there's nothing on the wiki, any advice people?

It has already been explained but i'll give a short summary.
Go to burned tower.
Beat your rival in the middle.
Awake the legendary dogs.
Then morty should be in his gym.

finally I can get an eevee from bill YAAAAAAAAAAAY!
and it is possible to get shiny from people giving you it, ANY pokemon that appears or you get from someone has the 1800 chance of being shiny
but the trolly thing is that shiny eggs have a 50% chance of not being shiny when they hatch

So I CAN get a shiny Eevee from Bill?! O_O Oh Poke3DNillzz, I will now go on a shitty farming spree for that darned shiny Eevee! As in...
Save in front of him > talk to him > get Eevee > not shiny > quit to menu > load game > talk to him again. Wish me luck!

That is straffing
We changed how movement works in third person
you use the mouse to move the camera and walk in different directions using wasd

Yes, there is a sailor in Olivine in a Cafe next to the Pokécenter who gives you strength. ^^

all of the overworld tms/hms are available to anyone who has done the correct requirements
If you are having difficulties it can be bought at the goldenrod dept store as well
