Add Global Battle System.

Since we now have a Global Trade Station, I think we also need to have a Global Battling Station.
It would be a separate building in which you can, like GTS, find requests of players who want to battle. Consider these 2 options:
1. A room in which online players can gather, talk to each other and battle worldwide by Gamejolt.
2. Specific requests of persons who want to battle trainers with Pokemons of certain levels (15 against 30 pokemons would be a bit unfair...) which works the same way as GTS.

Please let me know what you guys think about this and where this building should be placed.
I personally think it should be placed in Violet city because there's a lot of space left to add extra buildings

Olivine would probably be the best place to put such a place, If it is not placed in the Battle Frontier/Battle tower area, atleast it is close to both the boat to Kanto & the Battle Frontier.

Well since the trade station is already in goldenrod maybe the battling station could be too, for one there are unused houses, and also you might want to trade with someone after seeing their pokemon in action

So I was bored and decided to draw a (possible) gbs building on my calculator.

I can also try to make the interior if mod's are interested in a gbs.
