Its semi legit I kind of bred dratini and didn't change the values but had to transfer from the other games (someone never got a dratini other then once hayley created dratinis soul and was the only way to get it atm but transfered it to my main...)

I would not know how to hack stats and even if I did I wouldn't do it cause thats wrong

I mean, if we're really going to get into it. It's not legit unless it's from the normal game. I could just make a mod that gives me all the Pokemon in my box if I wanted to. Legit is all kinda silly anyways though. Technically nothing I have is legit since I've modified my game by playing with scripts. Completely legit would be never modifying your game, using gamemods, mods, etc. So it's really just whatever makes you comfortable.

I played the pokemon dratinis soul version to transfer it to my main to breed with her

breed Pokemon from the daily contests. Although I admit the Dratini doesn't actually count as legit.

Yup. So no actual gameplay mechanics were changed. It's all kinda silly. The real point is, people don't want to be traded things that they could have just quickly made in party.dat. There's no real sense of accomplishment in that. If they're traded something that people put a lot of work into, it feels better.
