Once per day I will put a Pokemon on the 'GTS' and ask for a specific Pokemon in return.
The Pokemon I give will have select nature and abiltiy and have straight 31 IVs.
Sometimes it may or may not come with a special item.
The Pokemon I ask for in return will be something that is catch able in the wild.
However I will specify the level meaning you have to look for that level, train one you have to that level, or breed a pokemon so as to get the level low enough.
The winner will be the person who gets the Pokemon. I will post the username of the person who won here on the forums. If you specifically don't want your name given away attach a potion to the Pokemon you send me.
I will be checking the stats of the Pokemon to see if they are believable(+/- 20 based on the IVs and EVs). Some Pokemon will only be available at the requested level by breeding so I will check those Pokemon for the catch method, etc. If I deem your Pokemon unworthy I will not post your name here.
I will be doing this at a random time everyday but remember this:
I live in GMT -6 and will more often than not put the Pokemon up between 2pm and 11pm my time(don't worry if you can't be on at that time, I will do it at other times too
