[0.30] Player exits Dark Cave One Space too far back

When I exit Dark Cave on the Route 45/46 side, I'm still within the cave entrance until I step forward. If I step back, I enter the wrong part of the cave that wasn't meant to be explored. I think I'm stuck(without just editing myself out of the cave).

I have no difficulties
If you accidentaly enter the cave from the wrong direction somehow that could mess with stuff but i don't know how you would have accomplished that

Once you exit the cave, do NOT press forward. Then immediately walk backwards.

Edit: I'll make a video of it if you have difficulty replicating it.
