O wow, I guess it is implemented then. Krabby is supposed to come up 90% of the time while Shuckle comes up 10% of the time. I better get back to it.I found a Krabby in dark cave by smashing a rock but I didn't find any Shuckles

Yup. I just had an issue where I couldn't encounter any wild Pokemon. That was then resolved by copying my save, deleting everything else and then letting the launcher download everything again. I then went to the cave and smashed some a significant number of rocks without having anything happen. Of course after posting this and having it confirmed that it does work, it immediately started working.As you know it is in
20% chance of encountering a pokemon so just keep trying
