I have noticed that in the trading system, players are giving a Ho-oh, lugia, and also the starter pokemon of squirtle charmander and bulbasuar that they have for other pokemon. Ok. What? How do players have these pokemon? Hacks I'm guessing? I have no clue, so could someone tell me please? Because before I accept the trade, I don't want my laptop to be infected with a virus or anything from a hack. Please answer someone?

They probably went into their party file and changed the Pokémon number to the Pokémon of choice, changed its base stats and made it lvl 1. Yes it's cheating, but there's nothing we can really do about it and just don't accept these trades. (You can do it too, but it takes the fun away.)
Nillzz will probably add a security (How or what I do not know.) or something to the files later on, the development comes first I guess.

Nope, there is a way in which you can 'cheat' hese pokemon into the game, but it spoils the fun of the whole game so my advise:
Don't cheat!

I actually did accept the trade... The pokemon name was "UmadBro?!" But I'm just gonna release it, since all of its stats were maxed out lol. But it would be nice if someone would trade a larvitar or trapinch... :p I don't like to cheat either (I most of the time don't know how xD) but I dunno about this, I guess I'm just too impatient to wait for other pokemon to be implimented. I doubt that these cheated pokemon even evolve, so I'm not gonna cheat, but I wish to get these pokemon someday.

Its stupid that anyone would cheat in the first place since it doesn't prove you have any skill when you cheat ;-;
