Website Duplicate Accounts are NOT allowed

For the past couple of days we have seen a couple of duplicate accounts. And we have banned a lot of users because of this. If you did not know this is not allowed. It is stated several places in the Terms and rules. And we do have a automated system that detects duplicate accounts, so if you want to come clean please do it now.

If you have two or more accounts please delete them or contact me and I will delete them for you.​

As long as the gym leader aren't included in that I think it's cool.
P.S I think there was a falkner copy before the letters in the name the of towns were off but it wasn't hard to guess I think the name was falkmer

Out of curiosity, why are duplicate accounts not allowed on this site? I can understand sites where rep is a big deal or on sites where there are frequent giveaways, but why this site?

I've seen on other fourms where people start drama with thereselves just for fun, Plus theres not really any reason for making more then 1 account unless you forgot your first one but then theres password recovery. So its best to assume they are upto something Magikarp'y (fishy get it ;D)

We have had multiple persons who have had registerd 4+ accounts for no reason (or actully they where spamming with them).

Other reasons could be Poll tipping ,Like boosting ,Creating fake threads and then talking to themselves to increase post count ,To get rid of bad reputation, I've even seen some do it just because they didn't like their username, Although all those sound really pointless and stupid, people do it lol. Anyway it doesn't matter why,Rules are rules
