Not a bug [0.30] No Audio at all

I've been having troubles getting sound to play. Please note this is both having content packs on and not having them on.

I start up the game with no music playing the files are there, I check my audio mixer and it is on the same settings as everything else (everything else seems to work). I'm not sure when this started. If anyone has any ideas what I can do, please let me know.
