Implemented nurse joys chansey

could you put a chansey next to nurse joy in the centers. and then have an extremly small chance that joy will say something like "chansey had this earlier but doesnt want it" and give you a happiny egg.

That would be a great idea, but the 3rd, 4th and 5th Gen Pokemon aren't in any texture file, they are downloadable, but implementing them into the game can be a bit difficult, like giving them Pokedex entries, stuff like that.

We could probably have the chansey put in, but the lucky egg's an uncertainty...
