Fixed Small Typo: 0.18_1

Hi there! I'm not positive where this should go because it's not a bug but it's not a very big deal. I noticed a small typo in the building linking Violet City and route 31. The woman in the building says "I cam too far out. I better phone home." When it should be 'came'. Thanks!
