save mod's

I have been playing for a little while now and have heard you could mod your save by messing with the game code for things like max money or to get different items and such so I was wondering does any one know how to do it and if so could you show/explain it to me .

I would never cheat to that extent as to give myself everything, but I guess the best gaming experience varies from person to person.

Anyway, to change around in your save file, go into your "Pokemon" folder & then go to Save. After that, get into your savefile's name & there you get a couple of noteblocks with stuff written in them. What you want to get into is "Player" & you get a list of different information.

There you can find "Money", where you can practically write in however much you want. I think you can play around there for a bit and find the rest out for yourself.

As for how you give yourself pokemon and such, You can find videos on this website about it.

ok but when I open my save stuff I cant open it into a text doc all I see is a media file that I cant open
