Not a bug Morty Doesn't Give a TM

When I beat Morty he didn't give me a TM (I think he was meant to give Shadow Ball from the text).

EDIT:
For more info, Morty is the ghost gym leader in Euktreak (the twin tower city).

Yep you are right. He explains the the TM but never actually gives it to you.

How do we change the tag to confirmed, as Genshie has the same issue? Do we need to wait on an admin/moderator?

At this point I am assuming the issue is that there is no TM 30 to give
That makes this not a bug but rather just something that isn't ready yet....
If someone could test TM 30(look on Bulbapedia for the item code) while i sleep that would be great

If that's the case, would we just end up having to rebattle the Gym Leader to obtain the TM, or would we just need to talk to him again?
