"Gold and Silver"
And, I got all the info straight from the rom i was playing in the midst of making all this stuff

But im not gonna name any names. So blame the nameless guy who effed up

Many people have it like you(like myself) with offsets lowering your FPS
however others get more FPS in the other way(like nilllzz)
I made it separate but nilllzz combined it...

Me I turn off firefox so I'd suggest that if you want the game to run quicker turn off any thing big and see what it does and how fast it responds to your commands.
P.S That usually means I can still have the settings at my usual rates and it won't slow it down (not that to me they change it much to start with)

hit shift + ctrl + esc

it'll bring up the task manager, close anything thats taking a lot of memory
also have common sense when closing things. because somethings shouldnt be turned off
