Fixed Can't proceed after Youngster Joey Battle.

I battled Youngster joey and tried to proceed, but the old battle between joey and the other trainer is blocking the path, making it impossible to proceed further.

I also have this problem at the moment but it's probably just better to make a new save since there were new events added.

I fixed this by getting the Pokedex from Mr.Pokemon. I made a new save on the v0.18 patch and they move and become trainers after you give the Pokemon egg to Professor Elm. If this doesn't work for you and you made a new save before the v0.18 patch then that's probably why. The egg quest has only recently been updated to work, and you will most likely have to make a new save. If you still want to keep your pokemon you can navigate to your /Pokemon/Save/ folder after creating a new save file and copy the 'Party.dat and Items.dat' to your new save file replacing the ones in there already:

I made a new save after the patch and went through the game as usual. Maybe i missed a step, I'll go see if i did.
