The actual rule is the rule to stay on topic. We would prefer that this rule is followed in the 'Bugs', 'Announcements', 'Suggestions', 'Com. sup.', 'Modding discussion', 'released projects', and 'WIP' forums stay on topic. the rule is stretched in the other forums and ignored completely in 'off topic'. I personally will ignore off topic stuff if instigated by the thread author(and following the other rules)

Thanks, because Nilz is shutting down Pokemon3D, Pika can't continue. Which is really unfortunate. Pika would have loved to continue making this texture pack.
